I had a decent stay at Hilton Brisbane, marked by excellent location and friendly staff. However, I found some aspects like the room decor and some areas in need of a refresh. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some tasty breakfasts but also a few misses. Overall, it was a solid experience but could definitely improve in some areas.

The room was good, but the furnishings seemed quite dated. The bed was comfy and the shower had good water pressure, though getting into it was a bit awkward due to the height of the bath.

I had a great time during my stay, thanks to the superb location right by the Queen Street Mall and the friendly staff who truly made me feel welcome. The room was comfortable and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. However, I did notice some issues with the bathroom and the lack of USB ports, which was inconvenient.

Rooms

My room was spacious and clean, though it had a few dated features. The bathroom was refurbished but showed some signs of wear around the flush buttons. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

I had a stay at Hilton Brisbane that was a bit mixed. While the location in the heart of Brisbane was excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating, I encountered numerous issues with my room to the point that it detracted from my overall experience. I appreciated the nice views and the buffet breakfast, but the outdated room amenities left a lot to be desired. Overall, I think a standard stay without special requests could be more pleasant. 🏨✨

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was quite delicious. However, the executive lounge could do with improvements, as some offerings were underwhelming.

The hotel offers a range of facilities like valet parking and dry cleaning. However, the room amenities did not live up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

I had an very nice stay at Hilton Brisbane, where every detail made me feel special and welcomed. The friendly staff and really good service really stood out, from the helpful concierge to the attentive dining team. The only downside was a small issue with early check-in, but overall the experience far exceeded my expectations.

I stayed in a King Hilton Guest Room on the 21st floor, and it was really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view and a cozy bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The blackout curtains worked wonders for my rest. However, I did notice some aspects of the decor felt a bit dated.
Service

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot! There was a good variety of options, and the fresh fruit and hot meals were delicious. The staff paid attention to every detail, which made it even more enjoyable. I did wish for better temperature control on some items, but overall, the dining experience was classy and relaxed.

I had a comfortable stay at Hilton Brisbane, enjoying the spacious rooms and convenient location right on Queen St Mall. The service was generally good, although I found the air conditioning a bit noisy and some room features somewhat dated. The breakfast options were adequate, but I expected a bit more variety. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, making me consider returning in the future.

The hotel offers various facilities like valet parking and room service, but the parking fees felt excessive given my dining expenses.
